“It’s a save it”, is a platting style strategy for weight loss.
Designed to have your child eat less for 30 days.
It promotes weight loss in both the child and the parent at the same time for 30 days.
“It’s a save it”, is a set number of strategies that when implemented will reward a student in a number of unforgettable and meaningful ways. For example, I like to use a rubber bracelet the kind we so often see used as a symbol for some worthy cause. My bracelets are made to look like a Karate Belt and come in a verity of colors representing our belt system. The colors also represent a different level of commitment from the student as well as the parent. The color determines how much food will be left on the child’s plate at breakfast and dinner. It also determines the amount of food the Student will return home with in his lunch pail that day. The parent’s commitment to that color is a level of outrageousness, so out of the norm that the child wants to have this happen again and also becomes curious about other colors and there commitment. Parents commitments range from dancing around the house from room to room yelling crazy and silly things to the Chicken Dance where you will get on top of a very steady and sturdy table to strut you stuff.
