Did You Get Your Book?

 

Dear Senators,

It's Not a Diet It’s a Save It, is a book that deals with the problem of Obesity in our young and middle age children. Today, America, experiences continuous attacks on our children by various special interest groups. From fast food corporations and vending machine companies that produce and package the wrong kinds of nourishments to the television commercials that hype the messages. Illnesses of all degrees have been linked to Obesity from heart disease and high blood pressure to diabetes in children as young as four years of age. America must respond and respond quickly. There is no time to wait for a cure that is not coming or to raise money to take care of sick children not to mention the sick adults they will become.

I know we are all aware of this problem and that the finest minds in our country have addressed this issue on many levels. But, Senator, the only minds we need -- to completely combat this issue -- are the minds of parents with a “personality and a desire to save their child.” That is what my book is about: “an idea, a method and a challenge to take action.” If I am good at anything, I am good at understanding how to make a difference in a child.

Senator, I am a Martial Arts Master and an author of books on the Martial Arts. I write Martial Arts books to help others accomplish their goals.

I hope you will take the time to read It's Not a Diet It’s a Save It. I know that the methods described in this book work I have used them successfully in dealing with the problem of Obesity in children for twenty years at my school, West Boca Karate, in Boca Raton, Florida.
